change management. He was one of the first key

* employees at Min Doktor, and today he is responsible 

for innovation and partnerships. Daniel has been involved * 

* in refining and developing business ideas & business models 

for Min Doktor, & he has worked with organizational develop-

* ment, strategic management and governance, both in the *

* private business sector and the public sector. Prior to *

Min Doktor, Daniel worked as a digital in a number *

* of industries, including trade, banking & *

* insurance as well as production. *

experience from the startup world – having *

– If someone had told me when we *

* female entrepreneurship Daniel Persson

will take over as CEO on November 1, 2021. Until *

* then, Minc is led by current CEO Jeanette Andersson *

who has been an important part of Minc’s journey. With her

commitment to get more women to start companies, Jeanette

was the initiator of Nordic Female Investor Meetup, and she

* has just contributed to the third round of Fast Track Capital

having a large increase in female investors. The goal for FTC3

was that 35% of investors would be women. The outcome

* * was as 40% which is a break in the trend and a * *

* * uniquely high figure in this context. * *
